Shenyang is a popular city for expats. In September 2021, a group of foreigners who like to ride  bicycles were engaged in arm-wrestling with a young man to see who has the strongest wrist on the Hunhe Landscape Road of Shenyang。This special “Chinese and foreign wrestling” competition won loud applause from the riders 。
